Quercetin. How many Q-starting vitamins or minerals can you think of? Well, this is a valuable one! By altering gene expression, signaling pathways and controlling proteins and cytokines. Quercetin is supposed to most likely affect the P12K/AKT pathway and help neurodegenerative disorders, liver diseases, and diabetes. Dietary supplementation is being implemented increasingly due to positive effects, relative safety, and low cost. Quercetin stands out in this realm because of its anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, and neuroprotective benefits. Recent studies heralded positive effects of quercetin on rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, and lupus. METABOLIC DISEASE

Quercetin is also standing out in treatment of metabolic diseases like diabetes, hyperlipedemia, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Auburn chiropractic patients have these types of issues, too.
