Quality in healthcare delivery is talked about so much. Providers and patients desire the highest quality care possible in delivering care and getting care. Interprofessional collaboration is on the top of the list when researchers analyze systems for the care of back pain like proper use of screening and preventive services. (1) Researchers have also assembled 70 quality markers for chiropractic delivery that are standardized as well as evidence-based that take into account patient concerns and enhanced clinical outcomes. One new study that added in diaphragmatic breathing exercises found many benefits for chronic low back pain patients: improved muscle activity, chest expansion, quality of sleep, improved disability and physical activity and pain scores, less fear avoidance, and better physical activity, and more.
