NEW PAIN ISSUES AND HELP WITH CHIROPRACTIC

According to the American Chiropractic Association, our Auburn chiropractic patients are not alone! Chiropractic patients across the country are telling of some new pain issues with their neck, shoulders, and upper back during COVID experience, particularly patients who wear masks for long hours. Certainly, stress is a contributing factor to pain in normal life. In these times, it is no surprise that patients are reporting more pain. Masks may well add to pain in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Masks may impact vision. If a mask sits too high, the wearer may tuck the chin to see better or hold the neck in an awkward way to see more clearly. A better fitting mask may help. More frequent breaks may be of benefit. Stretching more often may help. A walk to de-stress is a great option! (5) Your Auburn chiropractor understands these issues and is here to help!
